Resource contains supplementary information about the period and lifestyles including case studies of the Staffordshire Hoard, Beowulf, ‘Nottingham in the period’ and other significant historical figures. Plus timelines, suggested activities and information card for each item.

Box includes: suit of chainmail; cooking pot; Viking drinking horn; original Anglo-Saxon burial urn fragments; bone dice and cup; spearheads, coins, jewellery; Viking shield, ‘Tafl games set’ and replica Anglo-Saxon helmet.
